West Valley to the Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon is a world famous for its stunning rock formations, deep caves, and magnificent views. Located in the Grand Canyon National Park, this destination is about a four-hour drive from the West Valley.

How to get there
Take the I-17 route and make an exit at 165 towards AZ 64.

What to see and do in the Grand Canyon

  • Grand Canyon National Park at the South Rim
    Aside from panoramic and breathtaking views of the stunning rock formations, you can also take a short hike along one of the many trails.
  • Yavapai Geology MuseumAlong the South Rim trail, you can learn more about the geological history of the Grand Canyon and take a look at the artifacts on display.
  • Desert View Watchtower

West Valley to Sedona

Take the I-17 route, exit at 298, and continue along AZ 179.

    A day trip to Sedona won’t be the same without an off-road adventure. You can take a quick two-hour trek along the famous Schnebly Hill Formation.
  • Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village
    Stop by the Mexican-inspired village to check out the variety of shops, restaurants, and galleries in this Sedona landmark.

West Valley to Prescott

Less than two hours away from West Valley, Prescott is a well-known historic town with a wide variety of establishments, restaurants, and attractions.

Take the I-17 and exit 262 to get on the AZ 69 route.
